This place is ideally for four people, my only regret is that we did not get a chance to use the deck to relax because it was to cold, I will definitely come back again during the spring or summer. I just might make reservations for the same cabin, it was very nice
I stayed in the riversong cabins. This place was to much for two people, and exceeded me and my girlfriend expectations to the utmost. Lots of kitchen space. And with everything that was in the cabin, we did not want for anything, there was a washer and dryer handy, there was towels there, toiletries, and kitchen appliances. It was very quiet and serene behind us. There was a nice quiet little river in the back, and little did I know there was another area to relax in the back of the house,
Ms. Peggy and her husband are VERY nice and want their guests to feel like they are at home. They succeeded!
Had a wonderful stay at Mountain Shadow Cabin. Woke up every morning with 2 beautiful horses grazing across the street. You can't beat the price! Owners are wonderful people and very willing to accommodate in any way that they can (August 2017) P.S. They are dog friendly!
It is hard to find good affordable rentals that accommodate our dogs. This was perfect!
Our Christmas vacation (2014) was especially nice by having a comfortable, clean and homey cabin to stay in.

And the rent is not hiked up for the holidays! What a blessing! We are definitely coming again!
The cabins were nasty. The appliances did not work. Double book a cabin which members of family were fifteen minutes away instead of being with the rest of the family. A/C barley worked. Ten out of ten of us will never go back. Visit was Aug.2017
