The Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend staying there when you visit Townsend, TN. I certainly am!
This is the only hotel we stay at when we come to pigeon forge. I'm here at least twice a year and each stay is phenomenal. Rooms are always perfectly clean and the staff is super helpful and nice. Continental breakfast is also top notch. Would recommend to anyone.
